Eccomi ad Auckland!
Sono sopravvissuta al volo. Devo ammettere che è stato piuttosto pesante, soprattutto immaginavo che la Air New Zealand fosse migliore: sedili stretti, aria condizionata a manetta e televisore che non funzionava! Potrò sembrare pignola ma quando si devono passare 25 ore sull’aereo…
Va bhe, eccomi finalmente arrivata! Quando sono uscita dall’ aeroporto, sembrava quasi di essere a Tenerife: stesse temperature e caratteri dei cartelli stradali…
Dopo aver trovato l’ostello, ho trascorso il primo giorno cercando di resistere fino a sera con gli occhi aperti, per combattere il fuso orario. Devo dire che sono stata abbastanza brava e che a parte l’abbiocchio che mi sale verso le 4 di pomeriggio, ora quasi quasi mi sono abituata. Non ho dovuto spostare neanche le lancette dell’orologio, visto che ci sono 12 ore di differenza!
Ieri ho iniziato a guardarmi in giro e cercare di capire da che parte del mondo mi trovo ;).
Auckland è incredibile, sembra di essere in una città futuristica… palazzoni a specchio tutti ammucchiati, la Skytower… persone provenienti da tutto il mondo, vulcani che circondano la città, una tranquillità innata… non mi stupirei se dovessi vedere qualche auto volante… 😉
Oggi invece ho cercato di districarmi tra la miriade di offerte di escursioni, gite, tours, cose da vedere e da fare… mio Dio, incredibile!
Insomma ho deciso, (dopo aver fatto qualche giro su me stessa) vista la bella giornata, di dedicarmi al Panorama “scalando” la montagna, nonchè vulcano, più alto di Auckland ” Mount Eden” (196m) e salendo sulla torre più alta della Australasia: la Sky Tower! Fantastico… comunque sono pazzi da queste parti! E poi dite a me… 😉

Here I am: Auckland!
I have to admit that the flight has been a bit heavy but I have survived to it.
When I’ve arrived to the Airport, it almost seemed to me to be in Tenerife: same temperatures and characters of the road signs… but wasn’t it!
The first day, I have passed me trying to throw evening with the open eyes, to fight the change of time. I have now almost used to it. I hadn’t to change my watch considering that there are 12 hours of difference!
Yesterday I have begun to look around me, to trying to understand where I am and who I am!
Auckland is unbelievable, it seems to be in a futuristic city… mirror blockhouses alltogheter, the Skytower… people coming from the whole world, volcanos that surround the city and an innate calm… I would not surprise me if I had to see some autos flying… 😉
Today I have tried to extricate me among the myriad of offers of excursions, trips, tours, things to see and to do… my God, unbelievable!
In short time I have decided, because of the beautiful day, devote me to the Panorama, “climbing” the volcano ” Mount Eden” (196m), and go on the tallest tower of the Australasia: the Sky Tower! Fantastic… however the New Zealander are crazy! And then you tell I am… 😉

Evi ti aveva detto, che Babbo Natale dalle tue parti va in giro con i calzoncini corti e ciabattine da spiaggia. Vedo che non è vero o ne hai visto uno? vogliamo vedere anche noi!!!! 😮
